"Above The Law"

There is one thing above all that I can't stand in the commentary over Clinton's email scandal and that is the superstitious recital that "nobody is above the law".

To anyone paying attention to the detail of certain cases over the years, rather than the exculpatory arguments from dramatized authorities (for example that ridiculous Ken Starr sham investigation into Vince Foster's death) there can be little doubt that Der Rodham has been, for far longer than most others, "above the law" for so long, most of the crimes she is suspected of being involved in are now so far in the past that she cannot be prosecuted for them.

What is that, if not "above the law"?
