Support For Professor Hsu

"Taiwan Rural Front chairman Hsu Shih-jung (徐世榮) yesterday filed a lawsuit against the National Security Bureau (NSB) and the Datong District police for illegal arrests and the falsification of evidence during a July 23 protest in Taipei against forced evictions and demolitions in Miaoli County’s Dapu Brough (大埔) last month."
As I say in the post below and elsewhere, I don't agree with professor Hsu's call for revision to the Land Expropriation Act as I think it should be repealed outright.

However, I do applaud the fight he is taking to the spooks for having him arrested on trumped up charges. The NSB cannot be allowed to get away with intimidation via arbitrary arrest. If these kinds of fight aren't had, then things will only get worse.
