Sunday...
I drove Shao Bai and his brother Wanwan out to the beach on Sunday afternoon - I ran them ragged in the afternoon sunshine and gently introduced them to the ocean.
They still had plenty of energy for running later in the evening and I still had plenty of energy for cycling and loads of skipping too. I'm getting fitter.
Brilliant day.
