Spring...
At last, I can go out with just a T-shirt on again. This is me at about 4.45pm this afternoon out at the top of the Guantian creek (官田溪) which receives water from the Tseng-wen diversion channel under the mountains before carrying it through to Wushantou reservoir (烏山頭水庫); there is a dam behind me with a sinkhole at the top and a hydroelectric power station at the bottom. The sink hole is an original part of the engineering dating back to the 1920s, but the power station is a relatively recent addition.
I took the picture without the tripod - by hanging the camera around my motorcycle helmet after attaching it to the rear back restraint. A little awkward (note the slant), but it does the trick.
