What a surprise...

Why should the taxpayer have to bear the brunt of official excesses and abuses?"What's the matter with this guy? Why should Taiwan's taxpayers have to pay for any amount of the electricity bills of these pompous, pampered Mandarins? It's not as if they have to worry about where their next designer suit or Mercedes Benz is coming from.
For Christ's sake.
