The house move is complete. Yesterday I was just pottering around sorting things out; I bought a few cheap rugs for the dogs to lie down on, and I started to unpack, organize the kitchen and get some laundry done. I am very happy with the new house - especially with the kitchen area and main bathroom - but most of all with the location.
I was up early this morning to get the dogs out to the park, get my first round of groceries in and now I'm busy preparing schedules and other bits and pieces for work next week.
Tonight I work out at Xinshih and won't get back to Tainan city until late - I had better walk the dogs several times before tonight because the New Year's Eve fireworks will likely be a problem.
So Happy New Year to all my (small number of) readers, and wish you have as good a time of it as you can manage.
