I'm too busy to post anything half-decent and I'm having problems with my aging laptop as well. Last Thursday morning I was supposed to cycle up to Wushantou reservoir, but I couldn't sleep on Wednesday night so by 6am on Thursday morning I couldn't keep my eyes open and had to cancel.
Were Taiwan to have a "heritage" industry, this reservoir would be near the top of the list of "heritage sites" for so many reasons. And yet, very few people ever get to see this particular view toward its dam. I found it by myself.
