"Far From The Madding Crowd"

"The greatest events - they are not our noisiest, but our stillest hours."
I share no enthusiasm with the fools for today's inauguration of the new government. There will be other things happening elsewhere of greater importance.

Still, it's as opportune a time as ever to declare that I am, perversely, looking forward to the next four years of government theft of private property, censorship and intrusion on the right to freedom of expression and a corresponding silence and cowardice from a complicit commercial and social media.
