The Erhjen River (二仁溪)


Although quite narrow at this point, and appearing to be little more than a stream of no geographical significance, this is in fact the natural boundary separating Tainan county (left) from Kaohsiung county (right). I took this, and a few other shots this afternoon, from just under the HSR line on my way back to Tainan from Kaohsiung. The long, low hill in the distance to the right is Dagangshan and just to the left of that, further back on the vague horizon is Cockscomb ("Rooster") mountain.
