The Decapitalization Of The West



Kevid Dowd is from Yorkshire (just south of where I'm from), hence the mild accent. As Brian Micklethwait puts it, Dowd "looks and sounds more like a man who ought to be wearing a brown coat and working for the Gas Board, rather than like any kind of economic policy Moses".
